SMS China branch started as a consulting office for Chinese online shops.
Gerersdorf, Austria, is launched as another fulfillment centre location.
SMS branch is opened in Slovakia for customs solutions.
The most significant investment in company history. Two Kardex machines for automated order picking and 99.9% picking accuracy have started operating.
