Because of these tracking pixels, we may see if and when you open an e-mail, which links within the e-mail you click, and the pages you visit on our website. You may be removed from our newsletter list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button provided in each e-mail.

We may also rely on a third-party service, to service certain pop-up subscription boxes. Any information collected by MailChimp and Hubspot is passed through directly to MailChimp and Hubspot and is not stored by any party other than them.

Surveys: We may periodically invite you to complete a voluntary survey. All surveys are completed through MailChimp. All survey responses may be submitted anonymously, and only your IP address is stored. You may voluntarily enter your name and e-mail address. All data submitted through MailChimp is stored on their servers and is subject to the MailChimp privacy policy.

Webinars: From time to time, SMS Fulfillment Solutions will host webinars through Zoom. If you elect to participate in a webinar, you will be required to submit personal information to register and log in. You may also receive e-mail communications regarding reminders and playback availability.
